2019 - Cliff Parker and his horse Twix
Hunter local Cliff Parker and his horse Twix worked together as an outstanding team performing one of the most important jobs at the Royal Easter Show, as a ‘Green Coat’ mounted steward. Jointly awarded the Show Legend accolade in 2019, 17-year-old Twix had been attending the Show with Cliff for around 15 years, together safely and efficiently escorting horses and competitors on and off the main arena during competition. Cliff had performed the vital role of Green Coat at the RES since 2001.
