2001 - Cliff James
From Goonellabah near Lismore, Cliff James attended his first Show in 1947 and became a veteran of 40 years of competition at the Royal Easter Show. He oversaw the Northern Districts’ display for 25 years and his teams won 10 blue ribbons and held the record for the Easter Show’s largest pumpkin and melon. He became an inaugural Show Legend in 2001.
