Sinclair Stand

Sinclair Stand
The Sinclair Stand is a popular one during the Sydney Royal Easter Show - entry points from along Grand Parade with its multiple food outlets make it the perfect stand for watching the lunchtime entertainment with some Show food in hand. It is also home to spectacular views from the Arena View Bar.
The Hon. Sir Colin Archibald Sinclair KBE was a founder of the Country Party, Vice-President of the Graziers Association of New South Wales, and President of the RAS from 1944-1954. As President he re-established normal activities at the end of the war, taking the showground back after army occupation. The comeback Show in 1947, under Sir Colin, welcomed a record attendance 1,232,413 at a time when the population of Sydney was 1,549,590!
